The budget tally

WherePrice is set in the Proposal. The Recipe treats it as your budget.
Green — under budget, room to add
Amber — within 5% of the price. You're at the line.
Maroon — over. You're eating your margin.

How the price is built

Flowerswholesale × flower markup (3.5 default)
Hardgoodswholesale × hardgood markup (2.5 default)
Rentalsrental cost × rental markup (1 default)
LaborA margin, not an add-on: price ÷ (1 − labor %). It's already inside every item price.
TaxCharged on items only — never on logistics
LogisticsDelivery + setup + strike. Pickup makes it $0.

Recipe tricks

No laborUncheck “Charge labor” on an item — for bulk stems where labor is in the delivery fee
ReuseDuplicate an item, or Copy recipe from… another one
SectionsMove an item between proposal sections with its dropdown
OverrideType a price in the Proposal to override what the recipe calculated
